Great staff!

The staff here is the best! Whether it's the overnight person or the morning shift they are ready and willing to help. Nothing major- booked a king, got 2 doubles, room key doesn't work on room door or exterior (a pain in the rain with a small fussy dog!) decaf coffee (yikes!) They do what they can with these issues (clearly not their fault) and are very gracious with a covid dispensed breakfast. It was great.

Another reviewer mentioned nothing to eat in the area if you're arriving late. This is true. Once you leave Interstate 30 and take 440, fast easy food places disappear. If arriving late grab food when you see it's available.

Good location

Room was great for our overnight on the way to Austin. Exceptional service at breakfast. Only negative was 4th floor room and elevator ride to potty dog.
