Best Dog-Friendly Hotel in Area
Element Santa ClaraFree breakfast was nice, limited but good fluffy egg (white) thingees, and GREAT espresso machine. In addition to limited buffet they make one to-order dish daily (just ask). Plenty of grass areas around (business parks next door and hotel border) plus a couple poop bag dispensers. Had a nice dog-friendly room on ground floor next to exit to grass areas (ask for room numbers 140-149). Dog had access to all the hotel, even breakfast area. Close to the airport but good sound insulation. Nice easy convenient stay, dog loved it.

Great spot to wander with your dog
Apple Hill Farm High Hill RanchLarge Apple Hill property with craft vendors, apples and every apple related pastries and everything! Great day trip for humans and dogs in fall (not too hot). For the pups, lots of stimulus with vendors plus relaxation areas (pond, grass, picnic area - while consuming EVERYTHING apple). Fall weekends get crowded, but a weekday for those able is an amazingly good time!
