Must try before you die
Hummingbird Tea Room & BakeryThis place is pure relaxation and indulgence. Try the afternoon tea. Make reservations in advance. Then it's all about you. They have the full three courses on the tiered server. First the tea sandwiches. There's aways a tasty variety and we can never decide which one we liked best. Next is the outstanding scone with cream and jam. And the final tier of the treat server holds the bite-sized deserts. The three-tiered server is artfully arranged and decorated. Do yourself a favor and have afternoon tea. And it's guilt-free because you don't have to leave Fido at home alone. You're going to love it!

Dog menu, too.
Lazy Dog Restaurant & BarThe food and service were great. Not only do they have an extensive menu for people, but they have a short menu for dogs. Our dog Penelope really enjoyed the chicken and rice.

French Toast Sampler for two
Breakfast RepublicThe French Toast Sampler for two is to die for. This is a great place to have breakfast anytime with your pup. It's hard to find parking, but not if you're willing to walk a few blocks. I wish they had a small menu for the dogs like maybe an egg with cheese and bacon. We ordered turkey bacon for our little dog. Meanwhile we enjoyed sharing that French Toast. Oh! And the orange juice is truly fresh squeezed. Yum!
