Outstanding Customer Service

I needed a hotel room while traveling to Rome, GA, with 2 large older shepherds. The minute I walked in, I was welcomed and when my pups came in a few minutes later, even the manager came out and loved them. The room was far better than expected and overall an outstanding experience. Thank you for making us feel so welcomed.
