Great place to stay!!

When we pulled up the valet greeted us and asked if I needed a cart for my suitcase. He helped me get everything out of the truck while I got Charlotte out of the car. As we came in the front entrance, the people at the desk were very sweet and offer Charlotte a treat. They explained that she was welcome to be with me in all the areas that I might want to go. Since it had just started raining, I asked where the potty area was for her and they showed me but offered that if it was raining hard that she could go potty in the grass right by the door.

When we did come down for her nighttime potty, the valet even offered us a huge umbrella so we wouldn’t get too wet. When we came back in, I stopped at the bar to pick up the dinner I had ordered earlier and everyone was very polite and spoke to Charlotte. The room was great, lots of room, and we both felt at home. The next day when we were leaving it was still raining. Checkout was simple and again everyone was polite and friendly. The valet turned my car around and pulled it right up to the door so we could stay dry. I will definitely be staying at Hotel Indigo in Chattanooga again.

Very nice location

Staff was welcoming and polite. Price was great and room was convenient to take Charlotte out when she needed to. Also the entire facility was very clean!

Loved it!!

Everyone was kind and attentive to our needs! Miss Charlotte (my 4yo cocker spaniel) was treated with kindness and while they have a doggie rules sheet you sign, the guy at the desk said that Charlotte could go anywhere with me except in the pool!! Made perfect sense to me! We would definitely go back!
