Hotel lacks amenities
Radisson Hotel Louisville NorthWe brought our cat and dog, and the room (King suite) was large and even had a balcony they could go out to and gaze at the lake. The location was pretty and the surrounding neighborhood was good for walking. So the place was great for the animals. We ate in the bar and the food was good and the waitress very nice. Didn't see many people in the restaurant, but all food was available in the bar area.
One complaint is the hotel's website. They advertise mini golf, and this hasn't been functional for many years.
They have an indoor pool, but the heater wasn't working and I think it has been that way for a few months. There is an outdoor pool, but I don't think that has been functional lately either (we were there mid-Oct). The pet wing is far from the reception area, so the initial move-in was convoluted as we tried to figure out hallways and elevators, but fine after that. We also had issues with our TV. There was a large list of stations available, but no way to access them with the remote in the room. We wound up using our streaming services. Frustrating when you are looking for local news or weather.
