Do not go here!

Do not go here. I broke down and it was close to my dealership, WOW!! I wouldn’t even let my dog out of the car! First, no one in the office. Lucky I booked thru their website and got my $$ back!! But, they wanted with the dog $102! For a dump with the curtains torn, a rat bait station outside my room, and a horrible smell when I walked in.

I left the dog in the car, I took 2 steps in the room and knew, I would never close my eyes here!!
My dog and I would’ve sat in the middle of that bed all night, afraid!! I said no way! Turned around, got my $$ back and found the Cocoa Beach Suites, a block away from the beach!!

This place was a horror show. I was in a spot, broken down, but, there are always better options.
Unless you like drug addicts, no privacy, rats and a scary spot. For $102 a night!!There are much better choices. A $10 Uber ride to the beach will get you a world better! Do not go here. Jump online. You WILL find way better choices!! I would pay $100 + not to stay in a place like this. HELL, I WOULD SLEEP ON THE STREET FIRST!! I wouldn’t be as scared!! Hell, I would’ve slept in my car at the dealership!!

Exceptional!

My pitbull Thor and I found ourselves stranded due to car probs in Cocoa. We booked the Days Inn, but it was a horrible crack house motel that smelled. I immediately found Cocoa Beach suites; it was $30 more but it was well invested money! We were a block to the beach and the strip, and a comfy clean bed to sleep in. Waffle House in front and we had a nice 2 room suite. No amenities, needs updating, but its was CLEAN and had NO BUGS. These rooms are large and roomy!! It was a really decent place.
The staff was very friendly.

I have problems sleeping in hotels, but this was a great spot to break down! For a vacay, I may choose another spot, as there are no amenities. Also, I had no hot water in my room. A shower was not happening. I thought they maybe ran out, but no, there was no hot water the next day as well. No shower!! But better than the crack house Days Inn I originally booked!!

We got our room $60 under booking and no dog deposit. They loved him, and it was close to the beach, with a nice suite. The rooms were very large, and safe and clean. Really only one block from the beach! Not the view I would like for vacay, but I can tell you, I would book here again. They were great, price was right, and location great. Only prob, was just me and my dog. Though they charged nothing, I could not leave my dog in the room. He is 10 years old and very mellow. Everyone loved him.
But, I was not willing to get thrown out of a decent hotel, so I took my dog everywhere.

They were a Godsend!! You do have to sign a waiver to not leave your dog in the room, or you can be thrown out. I took my dog everywhere, every time, so no problem. This was a nice suite, updates needed, but, clean, safe, and easy access to everything. I am thankful we landed there. Staff was super friendly, and an all around very decent place to go with your dog, or yourself, and family. I recommend and would go there again. But, I do NOT RECOMMEND if you plan to leave your dog behind at all. They are good by me and my pitbull!!

DO NOT GO!

I broke down here, and booked the closest hotel to the dealership. When I got there, no one was available. I waited and a girl came along, she looked so uninterested. I was stranded. I just wanted to make repairs and be on my way. If I could give neg one bone, believe me I would. I was informed on the phone there would be a $15 dog fee. When I showed up, she said it's $20!! Ok, I need to stop for the night, it’s Sunday. This is life.

I checked in, got my ride to take us to the back, where all of the curtains were ripped!! Where is the privacy? I was VERY put off to say the least!! There was a rat station outside the door, so I said Thor, stay here (in the car). I opened the door and immediately was hit with a stench. I took 2 steps, looked around and said, we are not staying here!! I would sleep at the tent at the dealership. I’d sleep in my car!! This was not happening.

It looks like a crack house gone severely wrong! Do not go here, I would not even let my dog step foot in this place!! I don’t believe I have EVER encountered a nastier place! We did a lot of walking. Cocoa is NOT the friendliest dog town, but Thor was loved everywhere. This place is what nightmares are made of. You are safer sleeping on the street!!

For $30 more I found the Cocoa Beach Suites, a block from the ocean, thank God for them. I got a few good nights sleep there.
