Great Staff

Accommodations were clean but lacking hand soap for bathroom sink & no extra toilet paper. I requested a first floor room & staff accommodated my request. They also intervened when the woman & her grown daughter that were checking in ahead of me were disrespectful & made threatening comments about my dogs. I have a Belgian Malinois & German Shepherd. I realize people who haven’t put in the time training their dogs in basic obedience immediately see attack dogs instead of two dogs obeying commands quietly resting in the “down” position. The staff did an excellent job clearing them from the lobby. They were very apologetic & complimentary of how well behaved my dogs were. I could tell they were knowledgeable “dog” people so I give high marks for them. I have one other comment. There is no green space or dedicated “potty” area. I recommend converting a few parking spaces into a potty area.
