Horrible experience!! Thank goodness my Ciara always has her bed, bootie’s and comforts from home.
The staff at 4504 Battlefield Corporate Blvd tried to-charge another $160 on top of being aware that l already paid $288+
Panic set in and l felt prey upon.
Could not afford anymore and was emotionally drained with their staff misinformation and neglect.

Terrible staff
Extended Stay America Suites Washington DC ChantillyI had a horrible experience with Extended Stay of America Dulles Chantilly. Beyond poor lobby staff and room management. I was so panicked with misinformation from lobby staff. After much searching, found my BringFido confirmation. By then, Erick from Bringfido was an amazing help. I sent him pictures of room and full story of lobby staff interactions. He not only refunded me but really cared!! Thank you Erick. My sweet Ciara thanks you as well.
