Loews Philadelphia HotelI was assured there was only a $40 pet fee at check-in. Instead, they brought up a document for me to sign that said I would have to pay $20 per hour that my dogs were left unattended. I could have gotten a kennel for cheaper.

Happy with my experience
Hyatt Place Columbus OSUI brought my 2 dogs with me for a conference event. I was super nervous because it was my first time staying in a hotel with them. As soon as I came in the staff were very welcoming and actually excited to greet my dogs. The hotel is directly next to a paved walking path so it was really easy to go on 30 minute walks with the dogs when they needed breaks. My dogs were able to relax in the rooms when I had to leave to attend my conference, and were not stressed since they had a big window to look out and a couch to lounge on.
