This place was a real dump. The first clue was the police car parked in the lot (all evening), followed by the woman rambling around the parking lot begging for money, the smell of marijuana, the trash everywhere in the grassy areas, unpicked up dog waste and the used needle I saw. Not a safe place to walk your dog. The room was shabby, but I didn't see any bugs and there was plenty of hot water. I have no idea how they got a good rating.
