Chaotic

We checked in and headed to the pool prior to needing to leave for a commitment. Returning from the pool, we found out our room had no hot water. I went to the front desk and I stead of transferring us to a new room right away, we had to get everything out of our current room and then bring her our room keys, in which she would then give us keys to a new room. Dealing with this when we had a place to be was a bit ridiculous.
