Retired couple 66 and 68. We have Odin -- a giant woolly malamute who is 153 lbs but is extremely well behaved - does not bark (he will however occasionally "talk" as Mals do (where Chewbacca's language came from). He actually is not shedder nor has he ever gotten on furniture and sleeps most of the time as long as he gets two good walks a day.

Great place
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Troy an IHG HotelThe staff were very kind and gave our malamute treats as we went thru the lobby. There is lots of interconnected grass areas, all nicely mowed. Room was very clean and nicely laid out.

Nice stay
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lexington South / HamburgGreat place for a big dog to rest for the night on a long trip. Staff were super nice and loved seeing a big dog try to handle the elevator (he did fine!).
