Not reliable

When we arrived the hotel said without proof the pet policy was $125. It was either pay the fee or lose the down payment and go elsewhere. Rude receptionists would not provide receipts.

Helpful, friendly staff

Drury Inn & Suites Charlotte Northlake

Even though we were on the 5th floor, it was easy to come and go with the dogs.
