Safety issues

Exterior doors at end of the building that are supposed to be locked as protection from strangers being able to enter into the building were unlocked. They had a card reader so that guests staying at the property could enter. We notified the staff person the first night and though she said she’d have the maintenance team fix it; it didn’t get fixed any of the 4 nights we were there. One evening when we took the dogs out in the middle of the night, there were people outside smoking, playing loud music who were clearly not staying at the hotel. We received a call yesterday from the General Manager apologizing for our experience and said they had a team working on the lock.
