Decent location but had a few issues

The hotel was in a good place. Close (5-10 min) from a large variety of restaurants. There is a hotel being built next door and the access road to the hotel was full of huge potholes. When we got to our rooms (we had two rooms in our party) we found out that both phone did not work and one of the bathroom toilets was clogged. Our refrigerator in our room did not get cold and it looked like there had been water damage to the cabinets under it. Breakfast was until 9am. I went down at 8:20 and there were no more biscuits, most other selections were very low or out. The milk was luke warm in the small refrigerator on the counter. We traveled with our dog and there really wasn’t a good pet area outside and it was difficult to find a patch of grass. I would not stay there again.
