So Pleasantly Surprised

Sometimes you just don't know what you are walking into when you book online. You can do your research and read the reviews, but you never quite know if they are real. We pulled up and thought. wow - we got really lucky - the hotel is beautiful. We were met by Mike the vale, who honestly could not have been nicer!!! The front desk was busy but super nice and very accommodative. Our room was fabulous. We were able to order dinner at Pacci, grab a bottle of wine at the bar, and eat in our room. We were your happiest customers.

There were a few barks across the length of the hallway as dogs and pet owners were getting settled, but it made me laugh. One small sound, one dog would bark, then the next, then the nexr. It made me think of Lady and the Tramp and the midnight howl. Surprisingly, by 10:30pm, not a creature was stirring and we heard nothing at all. Slept like a baby.

Checkout was also quite busy. One and only suggestion is the front desk might need more than one person. Too many people asking for too many things. But they did it with flair and a smile on their faces. Thanks for the pet friendly hotel and we will be back!!!!
