Lots of nice dogs & travelers
The Village Inn HarrisonburgRecommended by BringFido, it was a perfect stop before the last leg of a trip home to the Finger Lakes. Great people who were regulars. Big field for our dog out back. Rooms were comfortable and quiet and parking at the door was great. Breakfast at the restaurant was good. Highly recommend for those traveling with pets.
Good pet walking area
La Quinta by Wyndham Memphis WolfchaseLa Quinta is a reliable choice and although the staff at this location did not seem to welcome pets, the accommodations were fine and dog walking area surrounding the hotel was good.
Friendly staff, great service!
La Quinta by Wyndham Pigeon ForgeThe staff at this La Quinta welcomed us and our dog. There was a jar of dog treats in the lobby and all of the staff petted and praised our very cute poodle mix. The room was comfortable and we even got a call from the manager after we moved to checking to make sure everything was OK. Even though I could hear some other dogs when I was in the hall, our room was quiet enough that our dog didn’t hear that barking.
The pet area was a bit small but it sufficed and there were other areas to walk him. Overall a great place to stay. Kudos to all of the friendly and personable staff.
