Poor location and interior
Hampton Inn & Suites Birmingham East IrondaleWe were very disappointed in this Hampton Inn. It is in a difficult area to get to as they apparently shared a joint driveway with another hotel off the main road and that entrance is closed, so you have to take another road and come into the back of the hotel. The lack of amenities is nearly endless. No greeting snacks such as cookies, no dog treats, no bottled water, no soap in the shower dispenser, no hand lotion in the sink dispenser. In addition our toilet handle was broken, the carpet in the hallways was heavily stained and soiled beyond cleaning. The tiled floor is chipped and holes in it. I recommend you skip this one.
