Property needs TLC

The staff are so friendly and accommodating! Good location, good ground-floor room. However, the room itself was very dated and not well appointed. The toilet is probably original 1960, uses lots of water and won't stop flowing! This is a desert. You'd think housekeeping would alert maintenance and fix (or replace!). Disposable bathroom amenities and no recycling make me think they don't care about the environment. There's a small kitchen area with a sink, fridge and microwave, but ZERO utensils, plates, bowls, dish soap, sponge... nothing. People don't travel with those things, so it would be nice of them to provide. 5 bones for staff. 2 bones for the room. A little owner care would make this place very special.
