Poor Systems Management and Customer Service

This has got to be one of the worst businesses customer service wise out there. The service was a complete groom and the groomers are always great. However, we didn't even get to that point this go around.
This was probably the 10th time where I drove to the business for my scheduled appointment, just for them to tell me that the staff was overbooked and that I needed to reschedule.
Please tell me how an appointment that I booked before the start of 2024 was not looked at or audited before me physically standing there at the time of my appointment. Again, probably the 10th or so time of this happening at this location. Then, they blame it on the system. This has been an ongoing thing for over 3 years or so.
To add to it, they recommended that I call them next time instead of visiting the online portal to schedule. I'm sorry, but what's the purpose of the website if you can't book an appt?
Fix your systems. Find better customer service. It's a shame that the groomers, who do a phenomenal, job lose business due to the lack of competence at the front desk.
