Bad experience

The whole place stunk of cigarettes! TV didn't work and they were unable to fix it. It was not clean. No cups, no Kleenex. They did offer to move us to a different room but the whole place was just so smelly it wasn't going to make any difference so we just stayed where we were. The only thing I have to say that was good about this hotel was that the bed actually was comfortable. However, there were bed bug bags on the mattresses which could be that they're being proactive, hopefully! It was hard for me to sleep after all that. Just a bad experience!
