Great for a night with pooch

Basic and simple but ideal for breaking our 550 mile journey with an 8 week old pup. The pet friendly rooms are large enough to accommodate 2 adults and a couple of large dog cages. The carpet was a little shabby but that just meant that I wasn't too concerned if pup had an accident and I needed to clean it. They even give you ear plugs in case a neighboring pooch is howling the night away! There's Subway food place in the car park and an M&S Simply Food at the garage next door. ASDA is about a 5 min drive.
Reception friendly, check-in quick. So, nothing special but ideal for a one-night break of journey.
