Hidden fees

I recently stayed at Daniel's cabin in Sundre. While the cabin's location was appealing, the experience was marred by unexpected demands and charges. In addition to a significant cleaning fee, we were confronted with a list of cleaning chores and a hidden pet fee, not mentioned in the listing. Daniel's approach was unprofessional, particularly towards young travelers, lacking empathy and fairness. This raises concerns about transparency and respect for guests. His conduct, including unexpected fees and discriminatory behavior, significantly detracted from the experience.
