Outstanding and Understanding!

After a long day at OSU's Small Animal Hospital, my pup and I stayed at the Residence Inn last night. Our day went wrong medically in all ways possible (except for death), but we were greeted with such friendly and compassionate staff upon our arrival. We enjoyed the comforts of home away from home! Today, I called because I needed to extend our stay to include a 3rd night and fully understood that because I used BringFido I'd need to make a new reservation. I called the front desk because the room we are currently in, is way too far from the elevator for my dog who's having her leg amputated. I was told to go ahead and book the room and call back and she'd move us tomorrow to a room closer to the elevator and a door with outside access. We have had an incredible stay and they deserve 10 bones, not 5!
