They care about money, not animals

This place does not give a hoot about your pet in need. All they care about is over charging their clients and being very cut throat and unreasonable to be paid before treating your beloved pet. I had an appointment for my Karma for some $800 x-rays tomorrow and they have refused to see her because of a $126 balance from LAST WEEK!! Due to the holiday this week my direct deposit was delayed until tomorrow but they demanded $126 by end of today or they wouldn't keep Karma's appointment for tomorrow morning. Even tho I told them I could pay the $126 balance plus another $150 towards the x-rays as soon as I arrived tomorrow morning. They refused. People like this are in it JUST for the money and not because they care about your fury family member. I would highly recommend going just 3 mins away to Park Ridge Animal Hospital at 730 Busse Road in Park Ridge. They actually CARE and are reasonably priced!!
