Safe & Comfortable Accommodations

Initially had a little trouble checking in as Expedia (??) hadn't forwarded them the reservation information (or so I was told) but the copy of the reservation I had from BringFido saved the day. The room (127) was actually 2 rooms converted to into one, with hard paneled flooring, perfect for our 4 legged friend. The clerk was great, the room was older but fulfilled our needs perfectly. And the bed was comfortable too! The larger refrigerator/ freezer combo was a plus! And the ice machine on property worked as well. I gave the review 4 bones because it was a initially a little concerning that our after 5pm check-in (about 6:30pm) had to be done through a bank teller window and the property was lit up, very brightly, all around the exterior. Although it turned out to be very safe, it felt like we were staying at an inner city property somewhere. All in all, everything worked out and we had a pleasant stay.
