Excellent location
Best Western Plus North JolietThe staff was very nice and friendly to both me and my fur baby. Room was very clean and so was the rest of the hotel. The outside area to let the pups walk around was very clean and had the dog bags/gloves for us to use. Highly recommend this location for both humans and pets!

Needs major cleaning
Extended Stay America Suites Detroit Auburn Hills FeatherstoThere was mop board coming away from the wall, the bathroom light was flashing all different shades of brightness, the drawers were full of crumbs, nail polish on furniture, the couch smelled so bad my dog sneezed and walked away, same with the chair in the room. She was so uncomfortable! I realize that pet rooms differ from normal rooms, but this room was in rough shape to put it lightly! The parking lot area that had grass was filled with number 2 piles to the point we couldn’t walk aroun. I just put her in my car and stopped at a local gas station to let her go potty. The 2 ladies I talked to at the front desk were very polite and friendly, but that was the only positive thing about this location. I would not recommend staying here with a fur baby
