First Hotel Stay

This was my rescue’s first time staying at a hotel. You could tell she didn’t understand why we were there. They gave us a room on the first floor which was nice - didn’t have to ride elevators with others. She isn’t completely human friendly. Sometimes she’s ok and others not so much.

The property is right in a business park so not a lot of retail/restaurants in walking distance but nothing is a far drive. It had walking paths behind the property around two ponds and grassy areas. It’s about a mile if you walk both ponds and then up to the main street and back.

The staff is very friendly and everything was clean. Room had a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, a bar and restaurant. Made it easy because I brought food and got one meal from their restaurant. I would stay here again if I decide to take her to Santa Rosa.
