Horrible experience

La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Denver Golden

Booked 4 nights. Arrived at 2am. First impressions of hotel was gross. Outside before entering room there was peeling wall paint and doors, full garbage bags piled next to garbage cans, and trash all over property. Once we entered the hotel room we were confronted with stains all over the sheets/towels, mold in shower tile/tub, peeling ceiling, and what looked like makeup stains all over sink.

We immediately went to front office and asked for clean sheets. The guy shrugged his shoulders and said he had nothing available until the morning crew arrived to do laundry. Instead he moved us to a new room. The new room was exactly like the first, plus we had no latches on door for security. Due to it being so late, nearly 3am dealing with everything and moving luggage to new room we had no choice but to stay the night and try and get some rest.

We were then woken up by a man banging on our door at 8am talking about fixing our leaky faucet in the bathroom. Needless to say, we had car loaded up by early afternoon and turning in our keys with no refund for the 3 nights we left early on. You would have to pay me to stay at this location ever again.
