One Night Disappointment

It was advertised as a pet friendly hotel, but the hotel had no pet area in which to walk our dogs. We had to walk them in whatever green there was in the parking lot and drainage area. In addition, our pet room was on the THIRD floor. When we arrived, no one was working the desk but there was a note to call this number. The young man stepped out of the back immediately. When we got settled in our room, the TV remote did not work, so the same young man had to come up to fix it. He did respond quickly. Lastly, the shower fluctuated from pretty warm to tepid to cold, and the handle changed from shower to shower as far as where hot or cold were. When I mentioned it to the young woman at checkout, she literally shrugged her shoulders and said she would tell maintenance.
