Easy to walk
Balboa ParkWe went on a Thursday and there was a decent amount of people. Parking was a little tricky but the buildings and fountains are so pretty! Lots of shady spots and walking areas for the dogs

Lots of restaurants and pretty area
Seaport VillageWe loved the activities and not too hard to navigate, but parking was very difficult and it’s paid parking. There were areas with grass and sand that are fun little areas for the pups. Lots of outdoor/patio seating restaurants and worked pretty well for us
