Smoking smell in non-smoking room
Red Roof Inn & Suites StaffordI arrived at midnight to the smell of heavy, thick smoke in my “non-smoking” king room. I was too tired to have it changed but I would’ve thought they’d notice this when cleaning the room from last use.

Terrible customer service
Residence Inn Potomac MillsI booked this hotel for one night through BringFido and was charged the initial fee. However, soon after I was charged for the same night again by the hotel and later charged a third night by the hotel. I reached out to BringFido and they were excellent in taking my information and understanding the problem. However, I have tried multiple times to get in contact with the hotel to correct the extra charges. The manager has refused to return my call. I will be reporting them to the BBB and filing a complaint.
