Location is great

Room was fine but there were chocolate chips all over the floor and the microwave had someone’s food in it. We love the kitchenette rooms when we travel. We will stay again next year. They just need to clean better.

Great stay

Best Western Plus Des Moines West Inn & Suites

We stay here every June and love the location and the hotel. Front desk gentleman wasn’t very friendly. Sent us to the room on the third floor and we were exhausted. The elevator wasn’t working so we went up the stairs and when we got up there the card readers didn’t work. We went back down and he activated them. Front desk person is a huge reflection on the Hotel in general. May want to work on that.
