Great room, not very soundproof, overpriced for short stay

Residence Inn by Marriott Baltimore Owings Mills

The room itself was very comfortable and had all the elements of a small apartment, including a full kitchen, living area, and sleeping area. I am not confident that all of the towels were cleaned and fresh for my arrival, due to a few stains and hairs... I just moved those aside because I did not need all of the ones in the bathroom. There was a lot of noise coming from other rooms on my hallway and above me, like vacuuming and furniture being moved and music playing loudly, but it ended by 11pm, so I could sleep after that. There is a nice patch to take the dogs out to pee in the morning, and a container of pick up bags available there. There is also a walking path nearby, but you have to cross a busy four-lane street to get to it, and there isn’t a crosswalk, so we just ran across during a lull in traffic. The hotel staff was very nice and welcoming, breakfast was nice. The price was reasonable, except the $70 pet fee for one dog for one night felt very hefty. I would only stay here again for a longer stay to make it worthwhile to pay the fee.

Close to beach, friendly staff!

Atlantic Oceanside Dewey

The staff here are really welcoming and helpful. The motel is just a short walk from the beach, which is open to dogs in October. The staff provided some bags to pick up after my pup and they had free treats for dogs and humans in the lobby. The room is not luxurious- thin blankets and towels, and the floor is laminate wood, so mine was covered in sand from our beach play session. There is only one parking space per room, so be prepared if you have more than one vehicle for your party. This place was comfortable for our short stay, and reasonably priced.
