Awful dependability

If you schedule an appointment to get your animal shaved or groomed here, 1/2 the time literally they will cancel on you and not leave a voicemail until the last minute so you are stuck wasting half an hour preparing your animal to come in all for nothing. I am not coming here anymore, they need to stay consistent with their scheduled appointments or they are going to lose more customers, this is not even the third time it’s happened. Do not recommend, search for other places that can stay scheduled or at the very least try and contact another groomer before they completely cancel on you.
