TERRIBLE!

Most rudest, impolite people on the planet! Set my friend up for a grooming appointment and the manager and groomer did not want my business. I could tell from the first minute I walked in the place, I was not wanted. I will spare you the details, but; the staff is VERY unprofessional. I see why this place has been placed on the market over and over. I wouldn't send a bat to be groomed by these people. Had the nerve to say my dog was matted, WRONG. Their marketing ploy to up-charge during pickup fell flat! I went into get my dog because if you disrespect me, how will you treat my companion?? The face was shaved and the so-called groomer clipped his face too close because I saw a red mark on the bridge of his snout. I AM so glad that I followed my gut the second time and stopped the lousy service!! I will spend my money on true professional groomers. Leaves so much to be desired. I wasn't asking for the red carpet treatment here, I wanted to be treated like a human being. Good luck Barkingnot Acres, you will need it! UPDATE: I brought my dog home and bugs were on him! Not only unprofessional, but ; unsanitary as well. Hair on the grooming table and against my better judgement, I allowed my dog to stay there. He will never go back to that there again! As soon as you walk in the place it smells so horrible! I had to give my dog a bath and wash his bedding and sanitize his crate!
