Booked room through app and confirmed by text with hotel. Upon arrival the new employee at check-in was unable to verify anyone who had checked in through other booking sites because the check-in computer crashed and she DID NOT have the log in to get in to that separate system. She decided to give us a room and verify later, but the computer system began messing up rooms and assigning rooms that already had people in them, and began canceling keys of people in rooms who were staying. Long line of people trying to get rooms or their keys fixed. She couldn’t give any answer as to when anyone would be in to fix the system or help her and was near tears. She couldn't even cancel our reservation other than writing a written note. We are staying elsewhere and beginning the refund process.

Lots of dog-friendly and kid-friendly covered outdoor seating. Lemonade and hibiscus tea were good. Had the fried fish sandwich - also very good. Would stop here again.

Locals hangout, nice people and friendly. Dog was offered a water bowl and a treat. Had Mancos Gold and Dizzy Blonde beers, yummy as was the homemade hummus dish. Went after a hike in the Dan Juan Mts and noticed the place filled up quickly. The pizza looked great.

Went here due to prior BringFido reviews. Unless a service dog, they direct you to a nice covered patio with ivy, plants and outdoor music. We were traveling through at lunchtime, had the Cedar Hill Salad with chicken, and local beer. Service out to the patio was great. Pleasant temp even mid-July.

Covered outdoor patio. DIY - (tie up dog, go in and order). Eating on front covered patio was treated as a to-go, our food was in styrofoam with plastic utensils. Food was decent - salsa was outstanding and spicy. (Wish they sold it!) They don’t serve alcoholic drinks. Not a lot of grass. Looks like a fast food building g on the outside but is not. Seems to be well loved by locals.

Grassy spot in front convenient for dogs, room was clean and fairly quiet. Saw other dogs/owners. Not too much in the area, found a dog-friendly patio restaurant nearby.
