Shopping Center Does Not Allow Dogs

This shopping center says that dogs are not allowed. And the restaurant faces the inside of the shopping complex so you have to walk through the complex a little bit just to get to the restaurant. It doesn’t make sense. There were no other dogs on the outdoor patio when I brought my dog.
