Our room was quiet, comfortable and clean. A little inefficient with the dog, since it was on the third floor, which meant a trip down the hall, down the elevator, and down another hall to get out to the dog area. I had the impression from other reviews that dog rooms were on the first floor, but maybe not all are. The hotel seemed pretty full. Room itself was comfortable, clean, quiet. Laminate floor made it easy with the dog.
Front desk staff at check-in seemed a little confused by the dog fee process. It wasn’t clear if they were aware there was a dog. I came in with the the dog after my sister had started booking and he was confused that I was going to pay the dog fee and she was going to pay for the room. Another desk person handed him a form for me to fill out. It looked at first like both my sister and I were charged the dog fee, but the very helpful desk clerk the next morning explained that it would be taken off her charge once everything cleared. The outdoor dog area was ok for our needs. A grassy stretch with a poop bag container (I didn’t check if it was supplied since I had my own), and a waste basket. A little bit litter-strewn but the dog didn’t mind.
