I’m a geologist who travels frequently with my rescue “super mutt”, Walnut.

No troubles getting our pup in and out (fears hard floors). Quiet stay that didn’t result in extra travel stress for him or us. Clean and good stay overall.

Nice little “dog park,” carpeting in the hallways, stairs, and room made our stay pretty easy with our dog. No fan in the bathroom which we use to make some noise to keep our pup from hearing too much in the hallway but that was only a minor complaint. Otherwise would stay again.

This was the perfect place. Good price, easy to get our pup in and out for potty breaks. Very clean and comfortable. Lots of grassy areas. And even free coffee, ice cream, and slushies all day. 100% recommend.

Overall this was a great hotel, carpeting in the hallways, stairs, and room meant my dog that’s afraid of smooth/hard floors had no issue getting to the room. Bathroom fan could run without the light on so ambient noise could help my dog ignore the sounds in the hall. Only con I’d say was not a lot of great walking space near the hotel. Probably fine for a small/medium dog. But an active large breed would appreciate more space.

My dog refuses to walk on hard/smooth floors, so it’s challenging finding hotels that he can be comfortable in. I requested a first floor room near an external exit. Thankfully the hallway and rooms were fully carpeted except for the bathroom and lobby. No fault of the hotel staff, but the amount of activity around the room made it hard for the dog to sleep and therefore also me.
