Well, it was an experience

Turned out they didn't have me down for a dog-friendly room. That was settled. The entrance area was in chaos with boxes and linens and things - OK, someone called in sick; it was an off day. Then there was the fire alarm in the wee hours. On the other hand, the outside area for dogs is pretty large, and the pup was happy with that.

Has seen better days

The place is rather sad. The room was not the cleanest, and it reeked of smoke. The outside space for dogs was limited and covered in droppings. On the positive side, it was pretty quiet considering how full the place was. Could it have been worse? Definitely. Will I stay there again? Not if I have a choice.

Nice facility

The location was good, in the middle of an extensive shopping area. There's space to walk the dog, and the room was comfortable and quiet. Only suggestion is that since this is a pet-friendly location, there should be an outdoor waste disposal can somewhere nearby.

Very decent option!

This is a pretty large, unpretentious Red Roof Inn. I wasn't expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised. The room was scrupulously clean, and the grass area well kept. Yes, the pet friendly rooms face towards the road, but the noise wasn't unbearable. My dog was more interested in the cat noises next door :-) A good, basic place to spend the night on a long drive; I'd stay here again.

Dog friendly!

Even though the hotel was in process of renovation, the staff were really friendly; immediately helped me with a door problem and took care of everything pooch and I needed. He appreciated the large grassy area nearby, too!

often stayed here

the location is convenient, the staff are friendly, the room is clean, and by now the dog knows where he is. The outside area is large (hotel is in a commercial area with large parking lots and grass). We were both happy!

unfortunately, the hotel recently refused to let me change the date on my latest reservation, and charged me for two nights. I don't plan to stay there again - even if the rest of the package is good, there's no reason for bad customer service. The hotel gained 100$ but lost my future business.

nice area to run in outside

friendly staff, pleasant room. The dog was happy :-) The location near the airport is convenient - hotel is in an area with lots of shops and hotels, so finding its entrance in the dark was a bit challenging. But it was quiet, and not crowded the day I was there.
