Awful experience

Hotel randomly decided to shut down for renovations, unilaterally moved us to a different hotel without giving us notice outside of one spam-filtered email blast, and they didn’t even rebook us with dog friendly rooms. Most obnoxiously, when I arrived at the hotel and found it closed and called their phone number, they just told me my reservation was cancelled without even telling me about the rebooking! Thanks to BringFido for helping us sort it out, we stayed the night at the lovely Westin nearby, but stay here at your own risk.
