Going down hill

Used to be a great park, but in the last couple years it has seriously gone down hill. The grass is dying, there's miscreants who party in there and leave broken bottles and cig butts everywhere, its not safe after dark anymore cuz of the homeless junkies (it has lights til 11p, but after witnessing several fights and a near shootout, I wont stay after dark).
