Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. My husband accidentally purchased the wrong bag brand of CBD treat for our blind born dog that has occasional anxiety. He is sensitive to certain one and the one picked up makes him nervous. I returned to the shop less than an hour later with an unopened bag and receipt. They acknowledged that my husband came in but said they have a no return policy. I explained that I simply wanted to exchange for the correct ones but they refused. This is not what you expected from a small locally owned business.
