NO DOGS ALLOWED

NOT DOG FRIENDLY! Selected this hotel by filtering for a dog friendly hotel on the Wyndham App. I reviewed the hotel policy, attached, on dogs which was perfect for our 75lb boxer and we were very happy to pay a $10 dog fee for the overnight stay. I booked and prepaid for the room using the Wyndham app only to be denied the room when we arrived because we had a dog. I ask the attendant to at least refund my payment only to be told I had to call Wyndham customer service for the refund. I called Wyndham customer service for the refund and was transferred then hung up on. I called back and was told I would receive the refund. I'm not so confident I actually will.
