Keep driving

Unfortunately, we just couldn’t bring ourselves to stay at this motel. I booked it before I saw it- drove up and it was a pretty sketchy area. I told myself we could just deal with it. We had been driving 15 hours and just needed to sleep. The room was muggy, even though the temp was set to 68, the floor was sticky, the beds looked dirty and we thought we could see a few little black bugs (we really didn’t want to risk that). Even though we were so tired, and it was already 11pm, we decided to just keep driving until we arrived at our destination at 4 a.m.
