Good location and price
Motel 6 Saint George UTThe positives: good location with many nearby food options, price, friendly front deals attendant, no pet fees, decently comfortable beds, good showers. Negatives: small room, very stained comforter covers, dirty-looking floors (just really scratched up?), thin walls, and noise from outside the room or through adjoining room door.

Pretty good stay
Motel 6-Avoca IAOne of the nicer Motel 6’s I’ve stayed in. The room was on the small side but very clean and updates are holding up well. They are opening a bar and grill at this location this weekend (mid-Sept 2019) so we didn’t get to check it out but that will be nice for future stays since there is not much else around. The only downside was the bed is not terribly comfortable with rough sheets and very squeaky springs inside.

Mostly positive
Motel 6 Toledo OHThe motel said they had no record that we had cats, despite BringFido’s assertion that they notify them. Not a problem in the end. The first room (101) they put us in was DANK- the floor in the bathroom was all wet and smelled heavily of bleach. So we asked for a change and they moved us to 215. Smelled a bit like cigarettes but was otherwise ok. The front desk staff was friendly, and I appreciated them working with us to make our stay ok. Good price, easy overnight stay off the highway. Lack of amenities offset by no pet fees! It’s still a highway Motel 6- don’t expect the Ritz.
