Bed Bugs infestation

Honestly thought the hotel staff was friendly during check in and the stay seemed normal with the dogs. But unfortunately we are infested with bed bugs after a couple nights at home waking up with bites that were not from any possible other bugs and the dogs had to go to the vet for severe reactions to the bites causing skin infections as well, they are being treated with antibiotics and steroids and we have had to throw away all our blankets , dog beds/toys/pillows/ and are trying everything possible to treat clothes and our beds before throwing those out . I went to management today to talk about them helping pay for the exterminator or vet bills or reimbursement for the night stay , but Micheal the manager looked at me without hesitation and said “Absolutely not, you would have had to say something the night you were staying here” I asked again if there was anyway they would help and he said again absolutely not, I’ll have to contact corporate and the health department and hopefully no body will get affected like us , but they are everywhere and on everything now . We hadn’t stayed anywhere or gone anywhere else besides home and we have never had so much as a flea there . Do not stay there unless you confirm they have sorted this out .
