Looks can be deceiving

The entire upgrade budget was spent on the exterior and lobby. Once you’re past the entrance you will encounter a “cover smell”. Almost like an incense or strong air-freshener trying to hide something pungent. Not certain what it is, but it’s irritating. The hallways and rooms are dark and in need of updating. The pet friendly rooms are at the furthest end of a dead end hallway with an emergency exit only door. When your puppy needs to pee, it’s a looooong walk to the great outdoors.
Overall, it was quiet, and “ok”, just not worthy of the 5 Bones rating it had when I found it.
